Leopard Rock Sunset Braai
Definitely the most unique and memorable experience on Thaba Bolayi Reserve. We pick you up at the lodge for a nature drive in the reserve in an open safari vehicle. As the sun starts setting we stop at the base of one of our massive granite outcrops, as you ascend the side of the rock you start rising above the surrounding bushveld and witness countless Baobabs starting to appear all around you.
Once you get to the top of the rock there is a large bonfire to sit around while looking over the bush. As the sun dips below the horizon starts start to appear above you until the Milky Way is clearly visible as you sit down to enjoy a traditional South-African dinner. After dinner we make coffee on the fire and sit listening to the soundtrack of the bushveld
